Job Description
The Trust and Safety Analyst/Sr Analyst position is a key role within the Operations function at Cint. We are a fast-paced organization and are redefining the online market research industry. and hard work are rewarded. This role is a remote working position, and the candidate will be working US EST hours.
Role Purpose and Responsibilities:
Communicate and liaise with different departments to handle incoming requests and quality escalations
Prepare reports and share insights into quality findings as part of quality investigations
Drive and/or be a part of quality programs related to suppliers, clients, etc
Proactively monitor and track internal data and statistics to identify and troubleshoot unusual spikes/dip in traffic at the supplier, client and/or user level
Contribute by sharing inputs towards development of new tools and products
Update product and internal documentation regularly
Explore avenues, plan and ideate to improve the overall quality function
Qualifications
2-3 years’ minimum experience in the Market Research service industry preferred
