We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join one of our growing client organisations.

? Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and market visits
Prospect and connect with potential customers and decision-makers
Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services
Conduct regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline
Schedule and attend client meetings when required
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery
Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions




Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets

? What We’re Looking For

Graduate in any discipline
1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition preferred
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up abilities
Confident in interacting with customers and business owners
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and basic reporting tools is an advantage
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities

Up to ₹25,000 per month
