Key Responsibilities:

Incident response for production hosted environments
Monitor and support production systems; resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis




Support and execute deployments and configuration changes in production and non-production environments following change management processes
Coordinate between operations, business teams, delivery teams, and external vendors facilitate service restoration and delivery
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, fixes, and operational procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement

Skills and Competencies:

IT degree, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience supporting enterprise application environments
Solid understanding of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practices
Working knowledge of SDLC principles and methodologies
Prior experience with Enterprise Disaster Recovery, backup processes, and system patching
Proficiency working with ITIL based processes and systems
Understanding of infrastructure hosted on GCP
A passion for continuous improvement
Ability to troubleshoot complex application, database, and system inte
