Swiggy Dineout is at an early, high-growth stage in the largest offline category in the country — eating out. The category is compounding, the opportunities ahead are plentiful,
and much of the map is still to be drawn. This role owns two of our highest-leverage levers — Discounts and User Journeys. You will own every rupee of discount we spend to grow the category and ensure each one works harder than the last; and you will identify where, within the Swiggy ecosystem, a user is one step away from booking a table — then build the journey that takes them there. Done well, this role doesn’t move a metric; it moves the category.
Ways of Working:
This role is based in Bangalore (mandatory). We follow a hybrid model with three days a week from the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder.
