ZYPEEK Group is one high-performance polymers manufacturer headquartered in China. We are committed to providing cutting-edge and sustainable PEEK material solutions for consumer electronics, automotive, energy, Aerospace and Medical. To accelerate our global expansion, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Director to drive revenue growth within India.

This role is pivotal in executing our market penetration strategy, building a robust sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets. You will be a key player on the ground, reporting to and working closely with the Global business Head/VP.

Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Market Research & Key Account Development: Conduct regional market research to identify and develop key accounts within the target industry, building a robust pipeline of high-quality sales leads.
- Key Account Management & Sales Growth: Establish, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with strategic key accounts.



Drive increased product sales and market share through professional account management and sales techniques.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Take full ownership of the entire sales process, from initial contact and technical presentations to quotation, negotiation, and final contract closure.
- Technical Coordination & Support: Act as the key liaison between customers and the internal technical team. Accurately understand and communicate customer technical requirements, coordinating internal resources to deliver customized solutions.
- Marketing Support: Actively participate in and support local marketing initiatives, such as industry trade shows and technical seminars, to enhance brand awareness and generate new leads.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in technology or commercial. Material/Chemical/Mechanical is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales and business development within the high performance Engine
