Role Description The Junior Bartender is a full-time, on-site role based at Dolkhar in Ladakh, India.



This team member supports the bar operations by preparing and serving beverages, assisting with cocktail mixing, and ensuring consistent presentation and quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting guests, taking drink orders, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies, and following hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards. The Junior Bartender works closely with the food and beverage team to provide a welcoming, attentive service experience, handles basic cash and billing procedures, and supports inventory checks. The role also involves learning about local ingredients and Ladakhi-inspired beverages to enhance guest experiences and represent Dolkhar’s commitment to culture and sustainability.
