As a People Operations Administrator on the People Operations Shared Service Centre team in our Gurgaon office, you’ll play a vital role in supporting day-to-day People Operations activities across multiple locations. You’ll help ensure accurate people data, smooth HR processes, and timely support across HR systems, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and employee-related processes. This is a hybrid role with shift work required.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR operations, payroll, or HR systems management.
Experience working with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, including pivot tables, and PowerPoint, with robust numerical ability.
Ability to manage sensitive employee data confidentially while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Experience supporting HR processes across multiple locations.
How you’ll make an impact:
Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS, including data input, updates, and data clean-up.
Generate and manage reports related to equity, payroll, vacation balances, global payroll, and ad-hoc requests, and support data analysis and compliance audits.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including employee profiles, standard documentation, system updates, IT and benefits access removal, and exit documentation.
Act as the first point of response for standard HR process and policy-related employee questions and create standard documentation such as promotion, probation, maternity, transfer, salary change, and employment reference letters.
