Key responsibilities
Active Sourcing: Proactively search, identify, and approach candidates on LinkedIn for open positions across finance, data, and consulting teams
Pipeline Building:



Build and grow a robust talent pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator
Personalized Outreach: Write and personalize LinkedIn InMails and connection requests that generate high response rates
Strategic Alignment: Align closely with HR in Germany on role requirements, priorities, and search strategy
Pipeline Management: Keep LinkedIn talent pools and pipelines structured, organized, and up to date
Candidate Engagement: Maintain persistent, professional follow-up with potential candidates throughout the sourcing process

Candidate requirements
Sourcing Experience: 2–3 years in a comparable talent sourcing or recruitment position
LinkedIn Expertise: Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator with demonstrated search and sourcing experience
