We are seeking experienced Kore.ai Engineers to design, develop, and implement intelligent virtual assistants and conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai platform. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in Contact Center transformation, Conversational AI, Voice Bots, Chat Bots, and enterprise system integrations. This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and contact center teams to deliver scalable and impactful customer engagement solutions.

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, configure, and deploy conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai XO Platform.
Build and enhance AI-powered Voice Bots and Chat Bots for customer service and contact center operations.
Gather business requirements and translate them into conversational workflows and bot experiences.
Develop dialog flows, intents, entities, knowledge management, and bot orchestration capabilities.
Integrate Kore.ai solutions with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, ticketing,



and backend applications.
Configure and optimize ASR, NLU, NLP, and conversational experiences.
Implement Omnichannel solutions across voice, web, mobile, WhatsApp, and social channels.
Collaborate with Contact Center teams to automate customer journeys and improve agent productivity.
Monitor bot performance and continuously improve accuracy, containment rates, and customer experience.
Participate in testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and solution accelerators.

Required Skills & Experience :
5+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Kore.ai platform development.
