The Opportunity
As an SDR at Procxo, you'll drive the top of our sales funnel — sourcing and engaging prospects across agencies, consultancies, law firms, and other professional services businesses.



You'll reach decision-makers from operations coordinators to C-level execs, build the early sales pipeline, and hand off qualified opportunities to our Account Executives.
What You'll Do:
Lead Generation
Find and source new leads to move through your outreach process, from operations coordinators to C-level executives at service-led firms.
Research target accounts to identify signals of operational friction — manual time tracking, spreadsheet-based billing, disconnected financial reporting — that Procxo is built to solve.
Custom Outreach Process
Manage the early stages of the sales pipeline by engaging potential customers through email, LinkedIn, social media, and cold calling.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the professional services landscape — how firms track time, manage projects, bill clients, and report on profitability.
Customize messaging to leads and maintain a consistent, disciplined follow-up cadence.
