Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with some flexibility for work-from-home responsibilities. This role centers on generating new membership sales, following up on leads,



and converting inquiries into studio visits and sign-ups. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential members via phone, email, and in-person interactions, presenting Infitnity’s services and membership options, and explaining the perks of personalized training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. The associate will maintain accurate records in the sales pipeline, coordinate trial sessions or consultations with trainers, and provide timely follow-up to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves collaborating with the studio team on local outreach, events, and referral programs to grow the member community, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets tied to commission-based incentives.
