We are looking for a passionate Social Media Manager who can take ownership of social media accounts and create strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
* Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
* Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
* Coordinate with content writers, designers, videographers, and other creative team members.
* Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and campaign concepts.
* Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
* Track and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.
* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, algorithms, and platform features.




* Manage client communication related to social media activities and content approvals.
* Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and new ways to increase audience engagement.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
* Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
* Good knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, and analytics.
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
* Strong creative thinking and understanding of current trends.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
* Experience with social media management and analytics tools is an advantage.
* Knowledge of Meta Ads is an added advantage.
