Should have a Mechanical background Diploma or ITI in Mechanical and be experienced in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
The key requirements are as follows:
- The technician should be from a mechanical background and have expertise in HVAC systems, including VRV systems, package units, and other mechanical systems such as pumps and RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems.
- The technician should have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
- The technician should be capable of carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all MEP systems.
- The technician will be responsible for inspecting all MEP systems and performing troubleshooting as required.
- The technician should be able to monitor the daily operation of the RO system and have knowledge of RO system chemicals.
- The technician should be familiar with the inspection and troubleshooting of pumps, pressure tanks, pressure switches, control panels, water heaters, Sand Filters , UV filters, and cartridge filters.
- The technician should be able to replace lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, and diagnose and rectify electrical tripping issues.
