AY&J; Solicitors is looking for a Performance Content Creator to join our performance marketing team.
We’re a UK immigration law firm investing significantly in paid media, and creative plays a major role in how well that investment performs. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our creative output and consistently find ways to improve performance.

Location: Remote
Experience: 3–5 years
Salary: ₹7,00,000–₹8,00,000 per annum
Level: Mid-level

What you’ll be doing:
• Develop creative concepts based on the audience, placement, offer and campaign objective
• Research audiences and the market to create relatable, relevant content
• Write direct-response scripts for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and LinkedIn
• Brief and work closely with video editors to bring concepts to life
• Create static ads and carousels using Canva, Adobe Express or similar tools
• Write hooks, primary copy, headlines and variations for testing
• Review creative performance and make decisions based on data
• Build and maintain a pipeline of creative concepts for ongoing testing




• Work with content creators to turn raw footage and ideas into performance-ready assets

What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in content, creative or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with a video editing tool such as CapCut
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills across social ads, search ads or email
• Experience creating social content or working closely with content and video teams
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Intermediate skills in Canva or Adobe Express
• An analytical mindset and the ability to understand why creative performs well or doesn’t
• Work samples are required

It would be outstanding if you also have experience in video production, have built a social following of your own, or have worked with a professional services or legal brand.
