Job description
Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding
• Identify and shortlist new vendors across décor, venues, F&B;, entertainment, logistics, photography, makeup, etc.
• Evaluate vendor quality, portfolio, pricing, and service capabilities
• Negotiate commercials, terms, and partnership agreements
• Onboard vendors and ensure complete documentation

Vendor Relationship Management
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing vendors
• Act as the point of contact for vendor communication and issue resolution
• Conduct performance evaluations and feedback sessions
• Ensure adherence to The Wedding Company’s standards and service levels

Operational Coordination
• Align vendor offerings with client event needs and internal planning teams
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and logistics for events
• Manage vendor escalations or last-minute challenges during event execution




• Ensure vendors follow budgets, timelines, and agreed-upon commitments
Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain updated vendor database, rate cards, and contracts
• Track KPIs for vendor performance, cost efficiency, and service reliability
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management
• Ensure accurate documentation of all vendor agreements and communication

Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Understanding of the wedding/events/hospitality ecosystem
• Ability to multitask and perform under deadlines
• Solid analytical, documentation, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
