About the Role
We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and experienced Lead Interior Designer to join Houzlook Interiors. The candidate will be responsible for leading the design team, handling client projects end-to-end, achieving individual revenue/design targets, and ensuring overall team performance and project delivery standards.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, client-handling capabilities, excellent design knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining high-quality design standards.

Key Responsibilities:-
Design & Client Management
Lead residential and commercial interior design projects from concept to execution.
Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and timelines.
Create cutting-edge design concepts, space planning, mood boards, and presentations.
Conduct client meetings and provide design consultations.




Coordinate with vendors, site teams, project managers, and execution teams.
Ensure timely project delivery with high-quality standards.
Handle escalations and provide effective design solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets assigned by management.
Convert qualified leads into successful design projects.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Improve client satisfaction scores through quality design delivery and communication.
Ensure timely closure of design proposals and quotations.

Number of client conversions achieved monthly.
