Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce FSL Technical Lead/Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders, gather requirements, define solution architecture, and guide development teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions right the first time.
This role combines business consulting, solution architecture, technical leadership, and delivery governance responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Functional Leadership
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and SMEs to understand business processes and gather requirements.
Conduct requirement workshops, discovery sessions, and business process assessments.




Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging FSL, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.

Solution Architecture & Design

Architect end-to-end Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions for complex service operations.
Define solution blueprints, data models, security models, integrations, and deployment approaches.
Drive detailed solution design discussions and produce functional and technical design documents.
Provide architectural oversight to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
Review business requirements and proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies.
Technical Leadership

Lead and mentor developers, administrators, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
