Role Summary
Transport Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end employee transportation operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient services across a 24x7 environment. The role requires close collaboration with transport vendors, drivers, security teams,



and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless employee commute experience while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence. You will report to Senior Manager, Facilities & Procurement

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage end-to-end employee transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely services
Support 24x7 transport operations for employees, ensuring seamless service delivery across all shifts
Plan, monitor, and optimize routing and scheduling to maximize vehicle utilization and operational efficiency
Ensure timely pickup and drop of employees in accordance with approved schedules and service standards
Act as the primary point of contact for employee transportation-related queries, escalations, and feedback
Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations
Monitor transport service performance and implement corrective actions to address operational issues
