Key Responsibilities:
Partner Onboarding & Activation
• Identify, reach out to, and onboard healthcare partners and merchants across the assigned city/geography onto the SaveIN platform.
• Demonstrate the SaveIN product suite and conduct hands-on training for partner staff to ensure smooth activation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly onboarding and sales targets consistently.
Relationship Management




• Build and maintain robust working relationships with key partners and merchants to drive engagement and retention.
• Address merchant and customer queries related to key business processes in a timely and professional manner.
• (BDM) Own senior-level relationships with strategic accounts and negotiate partnership terms where applicable.
Market Intelligence & Insights
• Identify partner needs, market gaps, and competitive activity, and share structured insights with product and marketing teams.
• Act as a domain and product expert through presentations, demo videos, and referral activations.
Growth & Expansion
• Work on referrals provided by existing partners to expand the network organically.
• (BDM) Own the city/region's revenue and activation metrics; develop and execute a territory growth plan.
• (BDM) Induct, guide, and support BDEs in their territory to improve team productivity and outcomes.
