ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Associate – Accounting & Finance Operations to independently manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities for assigned portfolio companies. The role involves accounting operations, reconciliations, payments, payroll support, statutory compliance, financial reporting, audit coordination, and month-end closure.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts.
Record and review invoices, receipts, payments, journal entries,



and other accounting transactions.
Perform bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company ledger reconciliations.
Process approved payments and maintain supporting documentation.
Support payroll processing, variable pay, employee reimbursements, and related accounting activities.
Prepare TDS and other applicable statutory workings.
Assist with weekly, monthly, and year-end accounting closures.
Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow reports, and budget-versus-actual variance reports.
Manage project-wise accounting and budget allocations.
Monitor receivables and payables and support timely follow-up.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, tax professionals, and relevant authorities.
Maintain complete and audit-ready financial records.
Identify and promptly resolve or escalate accounting discrepancies.
Support preparation of financial statements and management reports as required.
