We are seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to educate students or professionals in industry-relevant technologies. The trainer will design and deliver practical training sessions, simplify complex concepts, and ensure learners gain hands-on experience aligned with current industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training sessions in assigned technologies (e.g., Programming, Cloud, Data Analytics, Full Stack Development, etc.).
Develop lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments.
Provide real-time examples and practical demonstrations.
Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
Update curriculum based on current industry trends.
Assist learners with doubts, projects, and career guidance.
Maintain training records and progress reports.
Required Skills
Robust technical knowledge in the relevant domain.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Hands-on experience with tools and technologies.
Strong problem-solving and mentoring ability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or a related field.
Year of Passing: 2020 onwards (Freshers can apply).
Relevant certifications are preferred.
Prior teaching, training, or industry experience is an advantage.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Salary will be based on skills, experience, and performance.
