Role Description The Academic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing academic programs and offerings,



aligning them with educational standards and Next Education’s pedagogical vision. The Academic Manager will coordinate curriculum implementation, support schools and educators in using Next Education products effectively, and monitor academic outcomes to inform continuous improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with content and product teams, conducting academic reviews, organizing training sessions for teachers and school leaders, and providing data-driven insights to enhance teaching and learning. The role also requires close interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that academic solutions meet the needs of diverse schools and learners.
