Role Summary
Drive testing excellence across Telecom programs by assessing current testing practices, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and implementing industry best practices to improve quality, test coverage, automation adoption, and delivery outcomes.
Lead the introduction of GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities to modernize testing processes and accelerate quality engineering transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Assess existing testing processes, governance, and System Integration Testing (SIT) practices to identify improvement opportunities.
