What would you do? The HR Portal Content Management Analyst is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing HR portal content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility for employees and managers.



The role involves content creation, editing, publishing, and governance across HR knowledge bases and self-service portals. The analyst ensures alignment with HR policies, supports knowledge management initiatives, and enhances user experience by delivering clear, compliant, and user-friendly content.

What are we looking for? "

3+ years years of experience in content management, HR operations support, or knowledge management roles
Experience in HR shared services or portal management preferred"
Graduate in any discipline
"Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time"
Understanding of HR processes and shared services operations
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and HR portals
