Role Description The Human Resources Executive role at Power Ultimo is a full time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave management, and maintaining HR records. The Human Resources Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries, assisting with conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities also include implementing HR policies, coordinating performance reviews,



supporting recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant labor regulations. The role works closely with management and staff to support workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, and HR reporting.
