Job Description

The Associate – Project Management leads the delivery of Project Management support services to UK-based project teams across a range of sectors and project stages. The role supports successful project delivery from India by closely interfacing with UK Project Managers and Project Directors to meet contractual, programme, governance, and reporting requirements. The role carries responsibility for leading and growing the Project Management discipline as part of an integrated UK–India delivery model, contributing across the full project lifecycle—from early-stage planning through design, construction, and closeout. It provides solid exposure to UK projects and offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical capability, professional engagement with clients, and long-term career progression within WSP’s global Project Management community.

Responsibilities

Project Delivery Leadership
Lead the delivery of contracted Project Management services for WSP across medium to high‑complexity engineering consultancy and infrastructure projects.




Provide Project leadership to UK-based Projects across RIBA Stages 0 to 7, ensuring delivery in line with agreed scope, programme, and quality standards.
Own and drive project planning, tracking, and monitoring activities to achieve successful outcomes across safety, cost, time, and quality.
Programme, Reporting & Controls
Lead the development, maintenance, and continual update of project programmes, risk registers, action trackers, and issue logs.
Monitor and report on key project performance metrics using WSP systems and agreed governance and reporting frameworks.
Drive the preparation and coordination of monthly progress reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and supporting project documentation for UK project teams and clients.
