We are looking for a motivated and analytical Search Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on SEO experience to join our growing digital marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience across keyword research, content optimisation and technical SEO, with a good understanding of how these areas work together to improve organic search performance. You will work alongside our content, development and client-facing teams to implement SEO recommendations, analyse performance and contribute to effective search strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who has built a solid foundation in SEO and is looking to develop their technical,



strategic and client-facing skills within an agency environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search opportunities based on search intent, competition and business objectives.
Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, rankings and website traffic.
Carry out on-page SEO optimisation, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, content structure and URL optimisation.
Support the creation of SEO-led content briefs based on keyword research and search intent.
Conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues relating to crawlability, indexation, site speed, redirects, broken links, duplicate content and other technical factors.
Work with developers to communicate and support the implementation of technical SEO recommendations.
