Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python Full Stack Development, GenAI/LLM applications, RAG architectures, Agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-native platforms. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions while integrating them with enterprise platforms and data ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks. Build and deploy production-grade AI solutions using Python and contemporary backend frameworks. Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and integration layers connecting AI solutions with enterprise applications. Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge retrieval and grounded AI responses. Build multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI,



or similar technologies. Integrate AI platforms with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party applications. Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes. Monitor and optimize AI application performance, reliability, observability, and cost. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Ensure adherence to security, governance, and data management standards. Mandatory Skills Software Engineering 8+ years of software engineering experience. Strong hands-on coding experience in Python. Experience building scalable enterprise applications. Strong problem-solving and software design skills. GenAI & AI Engineering Hands-on experience implementing GenAI solutions in production. Experience with: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) AI Agents / Agentic AI LLM integrations and orchestration Understanding of prompt engineering and AI
