Role Overview

Sugarcoated Hospitality is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and execute our paid advertising across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

You will spend most of your time inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, building campaigns, testing audiences and creatives, managing lead generation and conversion campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring campaigns are tracked and executed accurately.

This is an execution-focused role. You will work closely with the marketing team, take campaign direction, execute quickly, monitor results, and continuously improve performance.

What You'll Own

• Build, launch and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage campaigns for hotel bookings, restaurants, events, weddings, F&B; and hospitality promotions.
• Conduct audience research and testing across broad, interest, custom, lookalike and remarketing audiences.




• Manage Facebook & Instagram lead generation, traffic, engagement and conversion campaigns.
• Build and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis and negative keyword management.
• Test different ad creatives, copies, offers, audiences and landing pages.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions and revenue.
• Monitor Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Identify tracking, targeting, budget or campaign-setup issues before they affect performance.
• Maintain clean campaign structures, naming conventions and tracking parameters.
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions.
• Keep track of what was launched, what is being tested and what needs to be optimized next.
