Role Description The Brand Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for developing and maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity for AMETHYST CAFE PRIVATE LIMITED. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing brand and promotional campaigns, managing visual and verbal brand messaging across in-store materials and digital channels, and collaborating with management and operations teams to ensure the guest experience reflects brand standards. The Brand Manager will analyze market trends and customer feedback, track key performance metrics,



and recommend improvements to positioning, pricing, and promotions. This role also involves coordinating with creative partners, overseeing the production of marketing collateral, and ensuring brand guidelines are understood and followed by all team members.
Qualifications
Experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and campaign planning within hospitality, retail, or consumer-facing industries.
Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and customer insight generation to inform brand and marketing decisions.
Ability to manage creative assets and communications, including copywriting oversight, visual branding, and coordination with designers or agencies.
