About the role:
We're hiring a People Success Intern to join our People Success team in Mumbai for a 3-month internship.



You'll support HR operations from managing sensitive employee data to drafting policy documents and creating presentations. We need someone detail-oriented and creative.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain confidential records and data accurately.
Coordinate with external partners to resolve cases and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Draft and update policy documents and internal communications.
Create presentations and templates (Canva/PPT) for team initiatives.
Manage records using Excel.

Skills and Qualifications:
Any Graduation Degree (Positive to have BBA/ Bcom).
Comfortable with Canva/PPT and basic Excel.
Strong written communication skills.
Strong command of English and ability to write content that is clear, professional and engaging.
A creative mindset with an eye for design and communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with complex data.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
