Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales & Operations Coordinator who will support the sales team by managing quotations, customer communication, order processing, documentation, and day-to-day operational activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, has excellent communication skills, and wants to grow with a healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
Follow up on quotations with customers.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements.




Maintain customer database and CRM.
Generate weekly sales reports.
Order Management
Process purchase orders.
Coordinate dispatches with warehouse and logistics partners.
Track deliveries and update customers.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement requirements.
Customer Support
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Resolve basic customer issues and escalate technical queries when required.
Schedule product demonstrations and customer meetings.
Documentation
Prepare invoices and supporting documents.
Maintain customer records and contracts.
Assist in tender documentation and government portal submissions (GeM experience is an advantage).
Organize product catalogues and marketing materials.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with finance regarding payments and outstanding invoices.
Follow up with customers for documentation and payment status.
Support import documentation and inventory coordination
