Stipend: ₹12,000 per month
Working Hours: 9 hours/day
Working Days: 5 days/week
About the Role
Light Canvas Studio is looking for a Blender Character Animator Intern to join our 3D animation team. You will work on character animation for kids' animation projects and gain hands-on experience in a skilled production pipeline.
Responsibilities
Create 3D character animations in Blender.
Animate characters using provided rigs and references.
Match animation timing, poses, expressions, and movements to reference videos.
Work on walk cycles, acting shots, gestures, and body mechanics.
Follow animation feedback and make required revisions.
Maintain clean and organized Blender files.
Collaborate with animators, modelers, and the production team.
Complete assigned shots within deadlines.
Requirements
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Blender.
Understanding of 3D character animation principles.
Knowledge of keyframes,



graph editor, timing, spacing, and posing.
Ability to understand and match animation references.
Good attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and improve.
A portfolio/showreel or previous animation work is preferred.

Candidates with personal projects or animation practice are welcome.
Candidates who can commit to 9 hours/day, 5 days/week.
