Role Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing Barecce's high-value clients while ensuring exceptional communication, strategy, execution, and long-term relationship building.
You'll act as the bridge between clients and the internal creative team, ensuring projects move smoothly while maintaining Barecce's quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management




Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Lead onboarding meetings and understand the client's business thoroughly.
Conduct monthly review meetings and quarterly strategy discussions.
Build long-term trust with clients and identify opportunities for growth.
Handle difficult conversations professionally while maintaining solid relationships.
Ensure timely responses and proactive communication.
Brand Strategy
Understand every client's positioning, audience, competitors and business goals.
Develop monthly content directions aligned with business objectives.
Create campaign concepts for launches, festivals and special occasions.
Guide the creative team with clear strategic direction.
Ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint.
Project Management
Plan monthly deliverables with internal teams.
Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
