Job Overview
Our client is hiring a US Accounts Executive / Bookkeeping Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the accounting outsourcing industry. This is a great prospect for candidates looking for bookkeeping jobs, US accounting jobs, or KPO accounting jobs in Surat. The candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping and accounting, and be comfortable working with international clients.



Experience in US accounting is preferred. Candidates with experience in UK, UAE, Singapore, or other international/offshore accounting will also be considered. Knowledge of QuickBooks or Xero is an advantage, though not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for international clients.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and record transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Record sales, purchase, expense, and other accounting entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of records.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Review and maintain accounting records as per client requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas clients as needed.
• Help resolve routine accounting and bookkeeping queries.
