Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, understanding customer needs, and presenting Epik’s product experience solutions clearly and persuasively. The Inside Sales Specialist will qualify leads, follow up on inquiries,



maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and work closely with marketing and operations teams to drive conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include nurturing prospects, addressing customer questions, ensuring a smooth pre- and post-sales journey, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, clear communication, and a proactive approach to building long-term relationships.
Qualifications
Strong inside sales skills, including lead generation and pipeline management.
Ability to drive customer satisfaction through effective customer service and issue resolution.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
Experience working with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
Prior experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in consumer tech, ecommerce, or retail.
