Role Description The Senior Sales Executive is a part-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for driving sales of Saltee Group’s real estate projects and nurturing long-term client relationships. In this position, the individual will meet prospective clients, conduct property presentations and site visits,



and provide detailed information on project features, pricing, and financial options. The role involves negotiating terms, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams (marketing, legal, and operations) to ensure smooth closure of deals and high-quality customer experience. The Senior Sales Executive will also track market trends, gather competitor insights, and share feedback to help refine sales strategies and product offerings. Regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and client interactions will be required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or business development, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and close complex deals.
Solid understanding of local real estate market dynamics in Kolkata and familiarity with regulatory and legal aspects of property transactio
