The India Assistant Controller is responsible for controllership, compliance, audits, risk assessment, and business analytics to support accurate reporting and effective decision-making

This position reports to the India Controller and is part of the finance and accounting, Bengaluru and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What You Will Do

Lead/Coordinate Accounting Operations – Closing, Reporting, Corporate Governance and Controllership and preparation of financial statements in compliance with IND AS
Monitor and ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (FEMA, CSR, Tax, TDS, EPF, MSMED, RBI, etc.), ICFR controls, transfer pricing, and revenue recognition policies
Prepare and coordinate various audits/reviews – Statutory, Tax, Internal/Sox, Balance Sheet Review etc.
