Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Intern at AI CERTs®. The Sales Intern will support the sales team by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and assisting in outreach through email, calls, and social channels.



Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records, preparing sales materials and presentations, and helping schedule and coordinate product demos or meetings with partners and clients. The role involves responding to inquiries, providing basic product information, and collaborating with customer service and training teams to ensure a smooth learner and partner experience. The Sales Intern will also contribute to market research, track sales performance metrics, and support continuous improvement of sales processes.
