Are you an accomplished Insurance Risk & Compliance professional with experience in the US or UK insurance market?

We are looking for a senior leader to shape, implement, and oversee the organization’s enterprise risk management, compliance, governance, and internal-control framework. This is an opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, strengthen risk culture, and drive meaningful change across the business.

What You’ll Lead

Development and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management framework
Identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of operational, financial, regulatory, conduct, and reputational risks
Risk assessments, scenario analysis, stress testing, and risk-event reporting
Risk registers, mitigation plans, control frameworks, and Key Risk Indicators
Compliance with applicable US or UK insurance regulations
Compliance monitoring, internal audits, regulatory-change management, and control implementation
Development of risk, compliance,



governance, and internal-control policies
Reporting to senior management, risk committees, audit committees, and the Board
Risk-based advice, constructive challenge, and guidance to senior stakeholders
Leadership, mentoring, and development of risk and compliance professionals
Ongoing evolution of the organization’s risk appetite and governance frameworks

What We’re Looking For

✅ 12–16+ years of experience in Insurance Risk, Compliance, or Audit
✅ Strong hands-on expertise in insurance risk and regulatory compliance
✅ Mandatory experience within the US or UK insurance market
✅ Solid understanding of Enterprise Risk Management
✅ Knowledge of ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and/or IRM Risk Management Standards
✅ Good understanding of Conduct Risk obligations
✅ Experience delivering risk-management transformation or change programs
✅ Excellent stakeholder management, report writing, presentation, a
