About the Internship

Starting a career has never been easy — and today's graduates face an especially tough job market as AI reshapes entry-level roles. Our Forward Deployed Engineer Trainee internship is designed to bridge that gap: we'll train you, coach you, and give you hands-on exposure to real AI implementations with real customers, so you can move from potential to opportunity.
What You'll Do (During the Internship)
Shadow and assist senior engineers and consultants on AI-powered ServiceNow implementations, including MitraAI




Get exposure to customer-facing engagements — understanding business problems and how they translate into solutions
Support configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting tasks on the ServiceNow platform under guidance
Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams on live projects
Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge assets as you learn
What You'll Learn
ServiceNow platform fundamentals and implementation basics
How AI/LLM-based solutions get applied to real business workflows
Early customer engagement and consulting skills
Foundations toward relevant ServiceNow certifications, with support from the team
Who Should Apply
Recent graduates or final-year students in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields
Curious, driven, and eager to learn in a rapid-moving environment
Strong problem-solving ability and communication skills
Genuine interest in AI, enterprise software, and solving real customer problems
No prior ServiceNow experience required
