As the Senior Manager - Ads & Partnerships, you will own the strategy and execution for growing OLX India's advertising and partnership business. You will drive revenue through ad sales, strategic alliances, enterprise partnerships, and cutting-edge monetization initiatives while collaborating across product, marketing, finance, and business teams to deliver long-term growth.

What you will be doing:

● Develop and execute revenue-driven partnership strategies to maximize monetization opportunities across the platform.
● Identify and onboard high-impact corporate partners across categories like Automobile, 2 Wheelers, Commercial vehicles, Mobiles, Fintech lenders, Logistics platforms, and ecommerce companies to drive strategic business growth and scalable collaborations.
● Lead strategic negotiations and commercial agreements, ensuring profitable and scalable partnership models aligned with business revenue targets.
● Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to structure partnership-led revenue solutions and optimize pricing strategies.




● Manage and grow key enterprise and strategic partner accounts, ensuring revenue targets, contract renewals, and upsell opportunities are consistently achieved.
● Track and analyze partnership revenue performance, commercial KPIs, and profitability metrics, providing actionable insights for growth and optimization.
● Identify new monetization opportunities, market segments, and vertical partnerships that can expand the company’s revenue base.
● Monitor competitor monetization models, pricing strategies, and industry trends to enhance partnership revenue performance and maintain competitive positioning.
