About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Coordinator to become the bridge between our Marketing, Content and Creative teams.
The role is not about being the best designer in the room. It is about making sure the right creative work gets done, to the right standard, by the right person, at the right time.
The Creative Coordinator will manage the flow of creative assignments—from brief to execution to final delivery—while ensuring that designers, video editors and content teams have clear briefs, realistic timelines and the resources they need.
This person will also act as the first point of coordination for creative requests, allowing our designers and creatives to focus on producing high-quality work rather than constantly managing requests, follow-ups and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Workflow & Coordination
Receive and understand creative requirements from Marketing, Content, Events,



Sales and other internal teams.
Convert requirements into transparent, actionable creative briefs.
Allocate work to the appropriate designer, video editor or production resource.
Establish priorities and timelines for each assignment.
Track assignments from briefing through to final delivery.
Ensure all creative work is properly logged and updated in Asana.
Follow up on pending inputs, approvals and dependencies.
2. Creative Quality Control
Review creative work before it moves to final approval.
Check for consistency in branding, typography, layouts, imagery, messaging and technical specifications.
Identify obvious errors or quality issues before work reaches the Director/client.
Ensure the final output meets the requirements of the brief and the intended platform.
3. Working With the Creative Team
Work closely with designers, video editors and production resources.
