We’re looking for a Business Head – API, Intermediates & Speciality Chemicals who doesn’t just manage sales — you build the business. Own business growth across South India, North India & Ahmedabad, driving strategy, revenue, customer acquisition,



team performance and execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role — from identifying markets and products to driving targets, solving escalations and creating new opportunities.

If there’s a problem, you own it. If there’s an prospect, you chase it.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
1. Business Growth & Revenue
Own revenue growth across APIs, Pharma Intermediates & Speciality Chemicals.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Identify new customers, markets, products and revenue opportunities.
Grow existing accounts and increase market penetration.
2. Sales Team Leadership
Lead and drive the sales team across India.
Set targets, KRAs and territories and ensure strong execution.
Track pipeline, customer visits, enquiries, conversions and collections.
Conduct regular performance reviews and build a high-performance sales culture.
