DFM / Project Engineer – C2W Group (Pune, India)

C2W is a one-stop solution provider for supply chain management, manufacturing, quality control, and product development requirements in China and SE Asia.

We are currently seeking an experienced DFM / Project Engineer to join our Pune team. This is a full time (40 hours/week), onsite position for candidates with a proven background in DFM, SolidWorks, and manufacturing.

This is an in-person role based in Pune, India.
No relocation assistance is provided. You must already be based in Pune. Applications from other cities will not be considered.

Position Summary

You will be responsible for managing the transition of products from design to mass production, ensuring designs are optimized for manufacturability across a wide variety of processes including injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, die casting, and assembly.
You will work closely with our industrial design and engineering teams across India, China, and Southeast Asia, and occasionally support communication with international clients and vendors.
