Job Purpose
To lead and control manufacturing operations for solar module mounting structures, ensuring planned production, product quality, effective use of manpower and materials, workplace safety, and timely completion of production targets. The role is responsible for improving manufacturing processes, controlling production costs, and maintaining smooth factory operations.
Job Duties
Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production activities in line with customer requirements and production targets.
Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for solar module mounting structures, including fabrication, assembly, and finishing activities.
Monitor production output, machine utilization, manpower productivity, material consumption, and production losses.
Ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards,



and customer requirements.
Coordinate material availability, production schedules, and shop-floor requirements to prevent production delays.
Identify production bottlenecks, reduce downtime, minimize rejection and rework, and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
Implement standard operating procedures, process controls, and continuous improvement practices across production activities.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in module mounting structure factory.
