Role Description The Paid Media Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other digital channels, with a focus on driving measurable ROI and conversion growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing media strategies aligned with client objectives,



managing budgets, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance data, and preparing clear, actionable reports. The Paid Media Manager will collaborate closely with creative, performance marketing, and account management teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with broader marketing initiatives. The role also involves staying updated on platform changes, testing new ad formats and audiences, and recommending improvements to enhance overall media effectiveness.
Qualifications
