Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our workplace interiors segment. The role involves acquiring new corporate clients, generating qualified leads, and converting them into profitable interior fit-out projects. The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and acquire new corporate/workplace interior projects
Generate leads through brokers, consultants, developers, PMCs, and direct clients
Present company capabilities, design solutions, and value propositions
Lead negotiations, finalize commercials, and close deals
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

Client & Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, facility heads, real estate teams, and consultants
Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales phase
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business

Market & Strategy
Monitor market trends, competitor activity,



and upcoming projects
Develop business development strategies across sectors (IT, corporates, MNCs, startups)
Establish partnerships with brokers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders

Internal Coordination
Work closely with design, estimation, and project teams
Ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company margins
Facilitate smooth handover of projects to execution teams

Leadership & Reporting
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Prepare MIS reports on leads, conversions, and revenue forecasts
Report directly to senior management
Mentor junior team members (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in business development within commercial/workplace interiors
Solid network with corporates, brokers, PMCs, and consultants
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Basic understanding of drawings, BOQs, and project cost
