Key Responsibilities1. Enterprise Account Management & CXO Engagement
Serve as the principal strategic partner and primary point of contact for key enterprise users and stakeholders across your account portfolio.
Build, maintain, and deepen trust-based relationships with enterprise CXOs, Legal Counsel, Collection Heads, and Business Unit Leaders.
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with revenue milestones and client business goals.

2. Revenue Expansion & Commercial Strategy
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing key accounts to maximize recurring revenue.




Negotiate contract terms, renewals, and commercial agreements to ensure sustainable profitability and competitive positioning.
Analyze client usage patterns, adoption rates, and operational metrics to drive ongoing account health and platform stickiness.

3. Cross-Functional Operations & Execution Excellence
Work closely with internal operations, tech, and service delivery teams to strategize daily workflows and streamline execution pipelines.
Bridge communication between external client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to ensure strict SLA compliance.
Establish operational workflows that increase execution efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and lower cost overheads.
Coach internal teams and client stakeholders on platform upgrades, new feature implementations, and process enhancements.
