s:Research potential vendor
s.Compare and evaluate offers from supplier
s.Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricin
g.Track orders and ensure timely deliver
y.Review quality of purchased product
s.Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database
s.Maintain updated records of purchased products,



delivery information and invoice
s.Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyse
s.Monitor stock levels and place orders as neede
d.Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storag
e.Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trend
